Cancellations up to 24 hours before: You will receive a full refund for any cancellation made at least 24 hours before the tour's scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Changes: Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 24 hours before the tour starts. Changes requested within 24 hours cannot be accepted.
Weather & Sea Conditions: This experience requires safe sea conditions. If we must cancel your tour due to poor weather or rough seas, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
