What should I bring on the tour?
Just bring your swimsuit, sun protection (eco-friendly reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, hat), and a camera or GoPro! We provide all snorkeling equipment, life jackets, towels, fresh tropical fruits, and cold drinks.
Do I need to be an experienced swimmer?
Not at all! Our local guides adapt to all skill levels. We provide life jackets in all sizes, flotation buoy, and gentle hands-on assistance in shallow, calm waters.
Where do you pick us up?
We provide free pick-up directly from your resort or hotel dock. If you are staying on the main island (Airbnb, guesthouse, or hotel without a private dock), pick-up will be at the main Vaitape dock.
Is there a minimum age or height to join the tour?
Yes! Our private family tours and shared small-group tours are child-friendly. We have child-sized snorkeling gear and life jackets, and we stop at shallow sandbars where kids can wade safely.
What happens if it rains?
Tropical showers are usually brief in Bora Bora. Tours run as scheduled in light rain. In the event of severe weather or unsafe sea conditions, we will reschedule your tour or issue a full refund.
Is the boat suitable for people with limited mobility or physical restrictions?
- Boarding & Swimming: To ensure your safety and comfort, please note that entering and exiting the water requires climbing a vertical boat ladder.
- Physical Condition: This tour may not be suitable for guests with severe mobility issues, balance difficulties, or significant physical limitations, as pulling yourself up the ladder requires a certain level of upper-body strength and agility.
